What is 3R Medical?
3R Medical is a doctor-led service providing structured, personalised support to help people recover after treatment for prostate or breast cancer. Our comprehensive, multidisciplinary programmes bridge the "care gap," focusing on energy, fitness, mental clarity, emotional resilience, and sexual wellbeing.
Who is the 3R Medical programme for?
Our programmes are initially for individuals aged 35+ who have completed primary treatment (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy) for prostate or breast cancer, at any time in the past. If you're ready to focus on recovery and seek expert-led, personalised support, we may be suitable for you.
How long does the programme last?
Our comprehensive pilot programme runs for 9-12 months. This duration allows for in-depth assessments, implementation of personalised strategies, and tracking of meaningful progress.
What specialists are on the 3R Medical team?
Our multidisciplinary team (MDT) includes experienced doctors (GPs, Urologists, Cardiovascular & Sexual Health Experts), Specialist Physiotherapists, Registered Dietitians, Clinical Psychotherapists, Psychosexual Specialists, and Health Coaches.
Is the programme digital or in-person?
3R Medical is primarily a digital service after initial in-person consultations and testing, offering UK-wide virtual care. For our pilot programme, some initial assessments and specific consultations may be offered in-person at our clinic in Fitzrovia Hospital, London. The exact blend will be discussed with you.
How is the programme personalised?
Personalisation is key. We start with your unique story, goals, and challenges. Advanced diagnostics (blood tests, genomics, body composition) and continuous monitoring inform a recovery plan tailored to your biology, needs, and lifestyle, regularly reviewed by our MDT.
How much does the programme cost?
We are transparent about pricing. The cost depends on your personalised plan. We avoid long-term subscription language and focus on programme value. Detailed cost information is provided after an initial consultation.
Do I need a GP referral?
No, a GP referral is not needed to contact us or join. You can book an initial consultation directly. We believe in collaborative care and are happy to work with your existing medical team with your consent.
